Parent account holders can delete their account at any time from the Account page in the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
Your club must keep certain financial records for tax and accounting purposes. We retain past invoices and payments (amounts, dates, and status) and a minimal record that a registration occurred, but we remove the personal information associated with them so those records no longer identify you.
If you have an unpaid balance or an active payment plan when you delete your account, we cancel any scheduled automatic payments so your card is not charged again, and we notify your club so they can arrange payment with you directly. Deleting your account does not cancel money you already owe.
Accounts with a coach or administrator role are managed by their organization and cannot be self-deleted from the app. To close one, contact us at support@clubside.io.
